The partnership behind Art Meets Cotton was established in 1995 when two struggling college students fell in love and started to inspire one another.  Since 2000, we have been in the business of designing and creating custom garments and have owned several retail businesses which have had success in the shopping malls of America.  Having just moved on from our last venture in 2009, we are now focused on opening a company that is strictly garments and prints based on our own original art work, having a more unique and "from the heart" feel.  Because we know the satisfaction gained from following your heart's vision and seeing your concept embodied in art and fashion, we are also continuing our tradition of making custom art and garments when the customer chooses to submit their masterpieces.  There is nothing as fulfilling as designing for us and we feel that shows not only in what we offer, but also in the quality of service we offer the customer when you decide to bring your design to life.

We have been very fortunate in our years as small business owners to truly connect with the public and to support ourselves with our art, but as anyone who is an entreprenuer will tell you, it has not been the result of anything less than self sacrifice and committment to the big picture even when the immediate benefits are fewer and farer in between.  Our formative years in the retail business have molded us and shaped us into two people who are willing to do what is necessary to make it, but not willing to sacrifice the product or customer along the way.  Our success thus far has been the result too of literally doing everything within reason to be servants of the people so to speak and we pride ourselves on being able to meet every need presented to us.  Our biggest attribute is the ability to design with the end user in mind and to facilitate the transfer of art from one canvas to another, whether that final destination desired is wearable or hangable.  Every one is an artist and every one has something valuable to contribute to the world of design, art and fashion.  We only hope to the be the avenue that helps you to express yourself.
